TARIFF 7 nights from £280 Change over day Friday. 4 nights from £252 Monday to Friday. 3 nights from £204 Friday to Monday. 1 small well behaved dog by prior agreement Dogs £15 per week.	TERMS AND CONDITIONS 25% deposit payable at the time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. For bookings made less than 6 weeks before your arrival, full payment is required upon booking. The cottage will be available from 3p.m. on your day of arrival and we ask that you vacate by 10a.m. on the day of departure. All bookings are secured upon receipt of a non-refundable 25% deposit. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Any cancellations made within 4 weeks of the date of arrival will only be refunded if that holiday is resold. Any damage or breakages must be paid for. All equipment and contents must be left clean and tidy on departure (except linen to be laundered). Please refer to the full letting agreement (below) for further details. Postbox Cottage is an old property with some low beams and sloping ceilings. This should be borne in mind when booking. No children under 8 years of age. No smoking in the cottage or courtyard. Access statement available on request. Dogs: Not allowed on furniture or upstairs Not to be left unattended in the cottage
